Craft Supplies, Newsprint for Artwork: Review of U-Haul Wrapping Paper
LARGE CLEAN NEWSPRINT FOR COLORING, PAINTING, DOODLING, SKETCHING
Reviewed by Maria Plasterer 1/29/2010
Left over from a move, my husband suggested we use the extra U-Haul Wrapping Paper for toddler artwork at the coffee table. What a great idea that was for creative indoor play! That first box lasted about a year and got us through many rainy and cold days. The 10lb pack comes in a slim box with 140 sheets of large, clean newsprint. The box itself has a lift up lid and fits well on a standard bookshelf. The large newsprint sheets are great for coloring, painting, doodling and sketching. The large sheets can also serve as a backdrop for messy projects or as extra table protection under coloring pages since toddlers never stay inside the lines! The messy sheets can quickly be crumpled up and disposed of or recycled since they're made of thin newsprint. For under $10.00 per box, U-Haul Wrapping Paper is a great addition to your craft supply list.
TIP: There are a whole bunch of websites offering free coloring pages online that can be printed out, just google "FREE COLORING PAGES".
